2:30PM Afternoon Snack
3 tablespoons cooked rice
1/2 oz chicken, peas, carrots with curry seasoning

7:00PM Drive home
1 handful almonds

7:30PM Dinner
1 oz chicken
3 tbls rice
2 bowls soup broth
bokchoy
1/2 peach
